Foreign-trade advisory · Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil
Cutting costs matters. Cutting risk is essential.
Kingdom advises Brazilian companies on import and export. We plan, guide, and handle each step — origin to destination — so you do not have to become a foreign-trade specialist. We know the market, we speak to the world, and we deliver results.
Who we work with
We work with companies that already import or export, and with those taking the first step. Size varies; the need is usually the same: someone who knows the path and stays with the operation.
We mainly work with:
- Manufacturers that import machines, inputs, or raw materials
- Distributors and importers with recurring operations
- Companies starting to import or export
- Teams that need foreign-trade capacity without building an in-house department
What we do
Import and export means logistics, taxes, paperwork, and people in more than one country. We structure and follow that operation so your team can stay on the business.
In practice, that includes:
- International logistics planning — routing, mode of transport, timelines, and costs
- Fiscal classification and tax analysis — NCM, Ex-Tarifário, and special customs regimes
- Documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
- International supplier prospecting
- Interface with trading companies and customs brokers, including as a buying agent
- RADAR habilitation and structuring under Brazilian foreign-trade law
- International business plans and joint ventures
- Inmetro and Anatel homologation, through partners
Why Kingdom
Kingdom has more than 30 years in international trade. In that time we built a network of suppliers and logistics operators in several countries, and we work in more than one language — which keeps the conversation clear when it crosses a border.
We do not hand over a generic package. Every operation has its own details, and we come in as part of your team: we plan, we speak plainly, and we see the shipment through from origin to destination.
Experience
For more than three decades, Kingdom has structured international operations for industry. We have handled shipments of steel, machinery, cable, chemical inputs, construction materials, and poultry equipment — high-value cargo, each with its own tax and logistics requirements. That body of work informs how we plan every new project.
A few examples:
- Telecom and electrical — fiber-optic cables and electrical cables
- Industrial machinery — rolling mills, packaging machines, compressors, soap-making equipment, and machines for cotton swabs and cotton pads
- Construction materials — drywall, PVC or polyethylene pipes, thermal insulation, and flat and laminated glass
- Furniture and décor — furniture, décor items, and metal parts for furniture
- Chemicals, essences, and textiles — essences and fragrances, chemicals, polypropylene nonwovens (TNT), cotton fibers and yarns, BOPP, and dyeing auxiliaries
- Steel, metals, and wire — steel coils and sheets, roller chains, wire, and other metal inputs
- Poultry equipment — silos, cooling pads, egg belts, drinkers, and exhaust fans
- Other industrial inputs — hydraulic hoses, ventilation motors, zinc spray, and primary aluminum
Our history
Kingdom was founded in 1993 in Sumaré, São Paulo. Jessé and Amilton started in a joint venture handling the import, sale, and distribution of compact fluorescent lamps. In 2014 the company stopped importing for itself and began advising other companies on import and export.
That shift — from importing for ourselves to advising others — is the work we do today: taking the experience of having run the operation and putting it at the service of companies that need it without building a department.
